Cuttooth “Breathe Deeply (feat. Sarah Linhares)”

A few months ago, we introduced the smooth, melancholic electronica by Newcastle producer Nick Cooke aka Cuttooth, whose rather lovely "Old Tape Machine" featured the subdued, cautios vocals by King Midas Sound member Hitomi. Today we present another track off Cooke's debut full-length, the equally gentle, unobtrusive "Breathe Deeply", this time with a different singer for the song's vocal duties, Montréal-based Sarah Linhares. Once again the result is a wonderfully mellow piece of paradigmatically English, electronically mediated mournfulness.
