Amazing news coming straight outta Tokyo from the friendly folks over at our dearest Sixteen Tambourines Records, two fresh goodies on 7 inch to brighten the last days of winter. First, it's four new tracks by Zak Mering's crude, off-kilter synth project Greatest Hits. After the terrific self-titled 7 inch on OESB last year, Freak Fun Boy is another brief collection of finest, 80s dripping dance floor fillers. The second release is a two-track single by Bologna's smooth pop mastermind His Clancyness, finally returning with a new output after 2010's Always Mist tape on Mirror Universe. The b-side Like a Champ is one of his finest tunes to date, a lush, wonderfully melodic piece of dream pop. Pre-order both records over here.
