Afterhours “Defragment #2”

The first taste of Not Not Fun's first release of the year is a woozy one. Los Angeles producer Afterhours makes music quite fitting of the name, and "Defragment #2" is no different. Off-kilter piano and repetitive drumming lay a base for the entire track, over which other elements build slowly, deliriously, in a way that evokes sleepy feelings of night driving through the city. It's one for those prone to bouts of dissociation.
