Airbird (Joel Ford from Ford & Lopatin) & Napolian’s (Ian Evans) first song together, “In the Zone” is abounding, with every sound given the maximum expansion and exposure time possible. “In the Zone” is both wafting and bounding, and features guest vocals from Erika Spring of Au Revoir Simone. From the always excellent Cascine, the Airbird & Napolian full-length is scheduled to release this winter — watch out.
