I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one to question this, but obviously things are about to change: the boy-girl duo April from the Utrecht province are heavily inspired by The XX (listen below: ''Always A Good Night''), but leaning on a far more rough and fuzzier sound; creating swelling melodies made to life by their obsession for 80's nostalgia. While we've heard rumors of an upcoming album, their self-titled debut EP that was recorded (not surprisingly) back in April, can be downloaded for free via their bandcamp.
