Bearstatic has put up a whole bunch of interesting productions on Soundcloud, that I originally discovered while browsing the universe of Iceland's
Gogoyoko. Released back in September through Mind Plug records last year,
Balloon is probably amongst his strongest material so far, exploring a space between minimal drone and ambient, completed with field recordings and more traditional elements of Turkish Sufi music. "Centipede" is his freshest track up to date, released on a 2 anniversary compilation over at
Mind Plug last weekend.
