Konrad Wehrmeister “Schniek”

Founded back in February this year, the Munich/London based imprint SVS Records have granted its followers with two excellent vinyl compilations thus far, Polyrhythmic Series #1 and #2, featuring a number of intense, and severely darkened techno dubs, pretty much only dominated by, surprise, a bunch of moustached dudes. Taken off their latest compilation Polyrhythmic Series #2, a clear standout (and a lesser moustached) producer is Berlin's Konrad Wehrmeister, whose contribution "Schniek" builds around a frigid and mechanic-like landscape, cautiously adding more elements to its overall 10-minute-long course.
