Lotide “Sweet Dreamer” (exclusive)

Moonless, the latest full-length by Brooklyn producer Devon Hansen aka Lotide, released by consistently superb UK tape label Astro:Dynamics a little while back, was a wonderfully mellow, low-key piece of sonic crafts, a collage of twelve subtly engaging tracks that evoked images of nocturnal wanderings through post-sanguine urban realities. "Sweet Dreamer" was not part of Moonless, though for sure it could have been, fitting so neatly into the tape's sublime structures of advanced beat-focused art. Premiered below, the track is part of a self-released four-track EP named The Way You, conceived as a follow-up to Moonless and arriving on CD bundled with a DVD which contains accompanying video material.
