It may seem that Modern Rivals got stuck in 2009 with Local Natives on repeat, but then again do they indeed have something addictively fresh about their naive and sweet-scented pop music. Their second EP Sea Legs is a definite evolve from their debut in 2010, a slightly annoying nintendo-infused piece more in the style of Sea Legs' last track, "Riku". Grab the EP for free here.
