Watch: Syngja “Easy”

Earlier this year, Aleks Schürmer, who is part of Montreal trio Syngja, and his collaborator Frances Adair Mckenzie (together known as Party Like It's 1699) put on a really cool opera in Montreal called "Le Pop d'Époque."  One of its three scenes was about Clytie who had an affair with Apollo that did not go well. A remixed Syngja song, "Easy," was used in this scene with other Syngja member, Tyr Jami, singing. Hearing Jami sing is always interesting but hearing her sing in French is a real treat with the way twirls words around. Check it out below.
