Newcastle producer Nick Cooke aka Cuttooth's recent debut LP on 4 Lux Recordings was a pleasant surprise with its intricate rhythms and a notable selection of guest vocalists. The artist recently announced an EP of remixes of tracks from the self-titled album, starting with SwamiMillion – the new side project by seminal Hyperdub-affiliated producer LV – adding new twists to Cuttooth's signature single "Old Tape Machine", which features vocals by King Midas Sound member Hitomi.
