If you know us then you'll certainly know that we have a thing for anything musically coming from the Northern Countries, which is why we're delighted that our cherished friends of Nordic By Nature have decided to spice up this year's Berlin Music Week with their own little showcase festival. We here at NFOP believe that you can't have a serious industry event without spawning some unofficial offsprings, so we emphatically applaud the BMW organisers' decision to embrace and even promote NBN's effort. Starting on Wednesday, the Our/Berlin Vodka distillery down by the river in Kreuzberg will host three nights of finest Scandinavian up-and-coming pop music, featuring some absolute favourites of ours such as Dinner – who reportedly killed it at Torstraßen Festival on Saturday while we were busy managing our own stage at CCCP – or Rough Days For Diamond Trade. So if you're around for BMW this week, make sure you keep in mind that aside from all the nice things on the official agenda, there are some lush nordic vibes to be enjoyed as well.
